Postage ,Packing and Despatch
Orders are despatched by Special/Recorded Delivery , or Parcel Courier (up to a maximum of 30Kg) for the larger/heavier items. Please note that all deliveries require an authorised signatory to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the Spares. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
If the order has to be split i.e. different parts of the order sent on separate days, you will only receive ONE DELIVERY CHARGE. Please refer to the prices below. For non account customers, spares are only processed and despatched once payment has cleared. Orders placed before 2pm will normally be despatched for express delivery if stock immediately available.
International orders maybe subject to local country taxation and duties at buyers responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT LEVY A MINIMUM ORDER/INVOICE CHARGE.
Proof of delivery
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time after despatch, please contact us and we will send you an email/fax copy.
Non Received Spares
If you have not received your order within three (3) days, please contact us and we will track/progress your order.
All the Spares supplied by Stairlift Spares have a twelve month guarantee, with the exception of Batteries which are deemed as service consumable ,unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you need to return your spares, please contact us giving details and reasons for the return, for unwanted returns within 14 days parts must not have been used or tampered with and sent back in their new condition . We will give you a returns number . The spares will either be replaced or a credit will be raised for the part returned, this will not include charges already made for post and packing.
